the staff was always cute. from the restaurant staff to the reception. everyone always greets with a smile and are really accommodating with any requests. i found the rooms very clean. the staffs are professional.

there were no toiletries initially. but they were provided when i asked.

I really appreciated the staff's helpfulness. Hamza, Mohamed, Nelson, and Afnan always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist. I noticed a clean pool with a lot of sun loungers and also a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was excellent with variety items.

The hotel seems to lack adequate parking spaces returning late at night.

The room provided a comfortable size with a nice bed. Bed linen was soft. I found a bathtub and a mini fridge. A good experience, I can say.

The location is convenient enough with key attractions close enough. It was easy for me to navigate. I noticed a supermarket and many restaurants around the hotel. It was very useful.

the location was great. local cafes were good and restaurants were accessible. i found local shops nearby too. the food i ate was excellent.

the bed was small for two people and was uncomfortable. i think the hotel must consider installing a proper firm mattress because the soft bed hurt my back.

the linen had an unpleasant smell i suspect it was not properly washed the shampoo and hand wash provided were of very cheap quality i also missed body lotion or a disposable toothbrush in the washroom
